Hotel Amstelzicht Amsterdam

This hotel is well located in the city center, with good restaurants and bars nearby. The view from some rooms is of the Amstel River. The staff are helpful and quick at check-in. One reviewer mentioned a Turkish restaurant around the corner, which is convenient for Halal eaters.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Rembrandtplein square and within 20 minutes walk of most tourist attractions. The room has a fabulous view of the city and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel is in the city center, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The walls in the hotel are thin, resulting in some noise at night.

I liked location and staff. The hotel was located near to numerous restaurants and souvenir shops along both sides of the pedestrian mall and Centraal Station and Dam Square and many attractions, shops & restaurants. Also, an art museum was within walking distance.

We were able to check in early and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room offered a great view of the canal, houseboats, and lights reflected in the water. The hotel provided an excellent map upon arrival, making it easy to navigate the city. The nearby Rembrandt Plein had everything we needed.

Nothing not too like.

The location couldn't be better - everything was within walking distance and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The free Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable, a rare find in hotels. And of course, the canal view was a nice touch, adding to the charm of the hotel.

The noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings with delivery trucks and garbage trucks passing by. The building itself seemed a bit unstable, with the floors and staircase being inclined.

The location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, with fine views of the Amstel river. The staff were accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly loved the simple and tasteful decor. Even though I didn't have a room with a view, I still had a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location on the Amstel river and canal was absolutely stunning. Not to mention, the room I stayed in had an excellent view of the river. The staff were very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Basic amenities were provided and the room had good facilities. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great added bonus.

The only minor drawback I noticed was the steep stairs, but it added to the charm of this hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, right on a beautiful canal overlooking the Amstel River. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities, including internet and very comfy beds. The breakfast included in the room rate added even more value to our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was that some rooms had a less than desirable view, but overall, everything was ok.
